In our move from San Francisco my list of addresses for my Christmas cards got lost. So please, if you want to get a card from me this year send me your addresses if you haven't already

First of all I want to thank everyone for the kind wishes and prayers for my recovery. I don't remember this but I was told my heart stopped as they were wheeling me into the ER -- scary thought that Fortunately the EMT who used CPR on me was good enough not only to get my heart going again but NOT to break ribs while doing so. I've been doing my best to stick to a low sodium, 1800 calories a day diet since then (something I should have been doing since the first time I collapsed from CHF ) Second big event to make me feel better -- well, for me anyway -- we got our IRS return finally and had enough to upgrade from Vue6 Esprit to Vue7 Esprit (I even bought the handbook this time )!! Then comes the third happiness -- I got an e-mail from e-on Software, the makers of Vue that since Vue8 had just come out a few days ago and I had so recently (less than 30 days ago) upgraded to Vue7 they were sending me a free download to upgrade to Vue8 Esprit as a valued customer This A Sheep Under Apple Trees is my latest at =kabegami using the new Vue. Finally, although this is not a happiness -- it is a first -- the Weather Channel has issued a frost advisory for Sacramento and the northern central valley of California. You don't get frost advisories in San Francisco !

This is greybear, kabagami's husband. She is in the hospital with congestive heart failure (again). Her heart stopped just as the paramedics were rolling her into the er. Good place. They got her started again quickly and is now stable enough to move out of icu. She will not be on line for a while. All prayers and meditations and good wishes gratefully accepted.

I was trying out new things with the features available for one's home page and I managed (somehow, I'm not sure what I did, but I did it on both my accounts) to erase all my messages (there were several hundred messages last night and only 10 when I got online this morning ) -- so, if I haven't answered a comment, or commented on a journal and/or deviation, or thanked you for ing my works that's the reason -- and I'm so very sorrycomputers REALLY hate me
